TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you agree to the following:
I, as the ARTIST...
-Maintain the rights to post my work in any form.
-Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.
-Maintain the right to turn down any commission.

You, as the CLIENT...
-May NOT reprint your commission for a profit.
-MAY print your commission for personal use.
-May edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece.
-May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.

PAYMENT:
Paypal.
Commission begins only when payment is received.
If commission is not payed within a week, your slot will be thrown out.

REFUNDS:
Full refunds are allowed if art has not begun, partial if partway through, and no refund once it's finished.
